Returns

A clear route if something is not right.

Returns should be requested by contacting Caris with your order number, item name and reason for return.

1. Request: email Caris before sending anything back.
2. Authorisation: Caris confirms eligibility and return instructions.
3. Inspection: returned items are checked for condition, packaging and completeness.
4. Resolution: approved refunds or exchanges are processed after inspection.
